Studio Policies
-
We do not allow video recording during class.
You’ll be asked to put your phone and any recording equipment away before class begins. We love that you want to share your experience, and you’re welcome to take photos before or after class and tag us.
During class, we ask that phones stay put away so you can stay focused and we can maintain a safe, distraction-free environment for everyone.
For safety reasons, please do not attach phones, cameras, or any recording devices to mirrors or studio equipment at any time.
This policy helps us protect the space, respect everyone’s privacy, and keep the focus on your workout — which is what we’re here for. 🙌
-
We require all class cancellations to be made at least 6 hours before your scheduled class time to avoid a fee.
If you cancel within the 6-hour window, a $15 late cancellation fee will apply.
This policy also applies if you are switching into a different class time—your original reservation must be cancelled outside of the 6-hour window to avoid fees.
If you text us to cancel within the late-cancel window, we will remove you from class and the $15 late-cancel fee will still apply. Messaging us does not override or bypass the cancellation policy.
We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to offer spots to other clients who are waiting to attend class.
-
If you are scheduled for a class and do not attend, a $25 no-show fee will be charged.
This policy ensures that reserved spots are respected and allows waitlisted clients the opportunity to attend class.
-
Classes begin promptly at the scheduled start time. We cannot hold the class for late arrivals.
If you are not present at the start of class, your spot may be released to a client on the waitlist.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, the instructor may not permit entry—even if a reformer is available—in order to avoid disruption and ensure the class flows safely and without interruption.
If you are not permitted entry or your spot has been given to a waitlisted client, you will be removed from the schedule and no charge will be applied.
We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can settle in and be ready to begin on time.
-
We highly encourage you to bring your own pair of clean grip socks, or you can purchase some in the studio.
-
We’re here for good vibes only!
Some tips to keep in mind on how to be respectful when attending a group class:
Show up on time! Class starts as scheduled, please show up prior to the class start time to allow yourself to get settled in without disruption.
No phone/watch communication during class! Please be fully present during class by putting your phone away, and your watch on silent during class instruction.
No video recordings. Yes, we know we’re in the age of recording & sharing our awesome experiences & while we love for you to take pictures at the end of class & tag us, please refrain from recording during class instruction. This is to be respectful to your instructor, and the other people around you, who may not want to sweat on camera!
Follow instruction as given! Classes are a guided workout, and your instructor spends a lot of time to make a class plan that is effective & SAFE. Please adhere to the spring options your instructor gives you during class (specific springs are given for multiple reasons), and follow set-up and movement instruction. *This excludes your known modifications.
BE KIND! This one goes without saying, but please be kind to every person you encounter in the studio, including your instructor. We’re all here for personal growth, & a supportive, safe environment.
Stay for the entire class! Please plan your time accordingly so that you are able to stay for the full duration of class, including the slow-down at the end of class. If you do need to leave early, please let your instructor know ahead of time.
-
For safety and liability reasons, children are not permitted in the studio at any time. This includes all class times and studio areas.
